Flying a holding with FSXPilot is quite simple. 


Method: 


Open the quickselect menu (press the menu button on the EFIS) and select either


  • fly left holding or 
  • fly right holding


Alternatively, you can enter "fly left holding" or "fly right holding" into the command input box of the AP panel and press the return key. 


Result: 


Four virtual GPS waypoints are created. 

The plane will switch to _1, _2,_3 and_4 one after each other and stay in the holding until fuel is empty.


Any new NAV or HDG or landing command will exit the holding immediately.


To overrun a certain waypoint and switch to the next one immediately please use the LSK5 button on the EFIS.
